Context
As part of its global digital transformation program, the client initiated a strategy to progressively migrate its infrastructure and applications to the Cloud. This transformation, carried out in an international and multi-cloud environment (Azure, AWS, GCP), aims to modernize the information system while ensuring security, performance, and service continuity. To manage and coordinate this strategic initiative, the client relies on Avaliance to oversee planning, governance, and operational tracking of Cloud migration projects across the group.
Challenges
The client set ambitious and phased Cloud migration targets, with clearly defined multi-year milestones.
Key challenges included meeting deadlines and migration roadmaps in a multi-cloud, multi-region environment, controlling costs and risks, and ensuring high levels of quality, security, and performance of deployed solutions.
