The client, a major public transportation operator, launched a large-scale modernization of its IT infrastructures across multiple regions and Data Centers. This initiative, led within the infrastructure department, covers a broad scope including infrastructure project management, network and system expertise, regional support, and the maintenance and evolution of critical environments.
