Your role at Avaliance

As a Configuration Manager, you will work on digital transformation projects for multi-sector clients, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (Cloud, Data, Cyber, Consulting).

Your main responsibilities

• Maintain an up-to-date, consistent, and reliable CMDB
• Improve the quality of impact analyses during changes and contribute to the change management process
• Implement regular CMDB quality controls and audits
• Enhance the efficiency of the Change process through better control of CIs

Your profile

• Strong command of ITIL / ITSM best practices, particularly Configuration Management
• Ability to structure and maintain a usable and reliable CMDB
• Contribution to the preparation of Pre-CAB / CAB
• Understanding of interactions between CMDB, Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Experience with an ITSM tool integrating a CMDB (EasyVista, ServiceNow, or equivalent)
