As part of its IT modernization strategy, the client launched a Cloud transformation program aimed at enhancing the performance, security, and resilience of its infrastructure. To support this strategic initiative, the client relies on Avaliance to design and implement Cloud architectures that comply with internal standards and align with industry best practices.
Challenges
The client aimed to establish robust and scalable Cloud architectures to accelerate its digital transformation while maintaining control over technical risks.
Key challenges included migrating critical environments to the Cloud without service disruption, industrializing API management through a centralized solution, and structuring BI and Data usage within a secure, high-performance, and sustainable framework. It was also essential to ensure consistency in architectural decisions and drive internal team adoption of new Cloud practices.
