Global Cloud Transformation

Context

As part of its global digital transformation, the client launched a strategic initiative to migrate all its infrastructures to Azure and accelerate Cloud adoption at an international scale. This global program includes the definition of a group-wide Cloud strategy, large-scale migration of existing environments, the establishment of a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE), and support for executives and local teams across more than 70 countries. To manage this complex transformation and ensure successful execution, the client relies on Avaliance to define the strategy, coordinate international teams, and lead large-scale migration programs.

Challenges

The client needed to execute a global Cloud migration while ensuring security, compliance, performance, and governance across environments.

Key challenges included defining a global Cloud strategy, coordinating multiple international stakeholders, industrializing Cloud practices, reducing transformation risks, and accelerating Azure adoption within a controlled framework.
