Your role at Avaliance
Contribute to the development of Avaliance Morocco by working across the entire lifecycle of
fixed-price projects and IT and organizational consulting missions:
Your main responsibilities
- Pre-sales: scoping, solution design, technical coordination.
- Delivery: management and coordination of digital, data, cloud, and infrastructure projects.
- Consulting: supporting clients in defining and implementing their digital and transformation strategy.
Your profile
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) – Engineering school, Business school, or Master’s in Information Systems, Digital, or Management
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in IT consulting, AMOA, or project management in a consulting firm or ESN
- Technical and methodological skills / Functional and business skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills

Votre profil
- Bac+5 en informatique, cybersécurité ou systèmes d’information
- 7 à 12 ans d’expérience en IT, dont une expérience confirmée en architecture cybersécurité
- Compétences techniques
- Conception d’architectures de sécurité (Defense in Depth, Zero Trust)
- Sécurité réseau : Firewalls, WAF, Proxy, IDS/IPS
- Gestion des identités et des accès (IAM, SSO, MFA, PAM)
- Sécurité Cloud (Azure, AWS ou GCP)
- Chiffrement, PKI, gestion des secrets
- Outils de sécurité : SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR
- Sécurité applicative et DevSecOps (SAST, DAST, CI/CD)

Your role is to design a secure, scalable, high-performance architecture aligned with business needs, while controlling costs and risks.
Your main responsibilities
- Scoping and migration strategy
- Design of the target Azure architecture
- Security, governance, and compliance
- Performance, scalability, and cost optimization
- Support for teams and technical alignment
- Management of risks and migration quality
Your profile
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 5 to 10 years of IT experience, including solid experience in Cloud architecture
- Participation in Microsoft Azure migration projects (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid)
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure (Compute, Network, Storage, Data, Security)
- Design of highly available, scalable, and secure architectures
- Knowledge of networking and security (VNets, NSG, Firewall, VPN, ExpressRoute)
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)

As a DevOps engineer, you are a key player ensuring a secure, automated, and controlled transition of applications and infrastructures to the Cloud.
Your main responsibilities
- Preparation and Azure architecture design
- Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- CI/CD and application modernization
- Monitoring, performance, and reliability
- Support and continuous improvement
Your profile
- Master’s degree (Bac +5)
- Graduate of a top engineering school or equivalent
- At least 3 years in a similar position and you have the following knowledge:
- Knowledge of infrastructures / servers / OS / Databases / Flows / firewalls
- Skills in Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS) private or public
- Knowledge of major cloud solutions on the market
- Experience with containers and ability to script
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with production deployments
