Your role at Avaliance
As an Equity BA, you will work on digital transformation projects for multi-sector clients, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (Cloud, Data, Cyber, Consulting).
Your main responsibilities
- Analyze and redesign the pre-trade foundations and architecture to improve scalability, performance, and consolidation
- Centralize and structure all post-trade data from different platforms (Trafic, Sophis, etc.) into a single interactive repository
- Collaborate with pricing and risk teams to feed risk monitoring tools and support the execution platform for hedging
- Provide functional expertise on Equity products to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions

Your role at Avaliance
As a BA/Front Office Securities Lending professional, you will work on digital transformation projects for multi-sector clients, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (Cloud, Data, Cyber, Consulting).
Your main responsibilities
- Write business requirements, design solutions with the team, and produce detailed functional specifications for the development team
- Perform required system configurations to implement enhancements, define the test plan for changes, and prepare associated test cases in collaboration with end users
- Conduct unit and integration testing of relevant features and interfaces, provide end-user training before deployment, and participate in production support on SOPHIS
Your profile
- Front-office experience with a strong Front perspective, including collateral management knowledge
- Knowledge of Securities Lending / Repo markets (ideally with experience in TRS)
- Ideally experience with Securities Lending on Sophis, or on another trading system

Your main responsibilities
- Pre-sales: scoping, solution design, technical coordination.
- Delivery: management and coordination of digital, data, cloud, and infrastructure projects.
- Consulting: supporting clients in defining and implementing their digital and transformation strategy.
Your profile
- Education: Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) – Engineering school, Business school, or Master’s in Information Systems, Digital, or Management
- Experience: 4 to 7 years of experience in IT consulting, AMOA, or project management in a consulting firm or ESN
- Technical and methodological skills / Functional and business skills
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
