Your role at Avaliance
As a system and Active Directory engineer, you will work on digital transformation projects for multi-sector clients, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (Cloud, Data, Cyber, Consulting).
Your main responsibilities
- Install and administer Windows server infrastructures and related services (AD, GPO, DHCP, DNS, PKI, KMS, RDS, RDS farms, etc.)
- Perform OS hardening (CIS Hardening, etc.)
- Ensure maintenance in operational condition (MCO) of Windows server systems via WSUS
- Manage an ADCS infrastructure (CA, Root, Subordinate, Servers, etc.)
- Handle security audits (ORADAD, PingCastle, HardeningKitty, Swift, PCI-DSS, etc.)
- Manage incidents, MCO, RUN operations, and changes
- Experience with AD Tiering / authentication silos

Your role at Avaliance
As a production engineer, you will work on digital transformation projects for multi-sector clients, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (Cloud, Data, Cyber, Consulting).
Your main responsibilities
- Ensure the deployment and operation of critical applications in production environments, and manage application server obsolescence
- Participate in the design of technical architectures and tooling choices
- Implement automated CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, XL Release / XL Deploy)
- Administer web and application servers: Apache, IHS, HAProxy, JBoss, Tomcat
- Manage batch scheduling processes (VTOM and Control-M)

- Strong experience in a DevOps / application production environment
- Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and autonomy
- Comfortable interacting with project, OPS, and security teams

As a DevOps engineer, you are a key player ensuring a secure, automated, and controlled transition of applications and infrastructures to the Cloud.
Your main responsibilities
- Preparation and Azure architecture design
- Automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- CI/CD and application modernization
- Monitoring, performance, and reliability
- Support and continuous improvement
Your profile
- Master’s degree (Bac +5)
- Graduate of a top engineering school or equivalent
- At least 3 years in a similar position and you have the following knowledge:
- Knowledge of infrastructures / servers / OS / Databases / Flows / firewalls
- Skills in Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS) private or public
- Knowledge of major cloud solutions on the market
- Experience with containers and ability to script
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with production deployments
