You will be monitored on a daily basis in your assignment and supported as required by our HR and sales teams and by our associate directors. Formal or informal meetings throughout the year allow us to create a real relationship of trust with our consultants.
Training
We offer our consultants our internal training catalogue. Facilitated by other certified #Avalians, you can opt for business or technical training. We also offer a catalogue of external training courses run by organisations selected by our HR team to meet the needs and objectives of each individual.
